Miner Groups
Stakers, Developers, Liquidity Miners, and Validators each constitute their own Miner Group and collectively share equal authority over and within Telcoin Platform governance.
The four types of Telcoin Platform miners, including Stakers, Developers, Liquidity Miners, and Validators, each constitute their own Miner Group, collectively share full power and control over and within the Telcoin Platform governance system.
During election and delegation ceremonies, each Miner Group selects Council Members to represent their distinct interests on Miner Councils.
All four Miner Groups may collaborate to form a Miner Assembly and alter any aspect of the governance system.

Stakers
Stakers propose and vote in governance within their Miner Group based on their pro-rata share of TEL staked on TAN vs other Stakers.
Liquidity Miners
Liquidity Miners propose and vote in governance within their Miner Group based on their pro-rata share of staked liquidity on TELx.
